• a phone or laptop with a camera (so that I could see you and adjust when needed) and stable internet.
• a yoga mat (any, the main criterion is that you feel comfortable practicing on it).
• 2 yoga blocks (at first you can use a stack of books, for example).
• a strap (there are special ones for yoga, or as an option, a scarf/belt).
• comfortable clothing of your choice.
As additional accessorize I would recommend a yoga wheel (for working with the thoracic spine) and a foam roller (self-massage, working with trigger points).
