I love to start yoga class gently and slowly. This allows the body and mind to set up for practice without risk of injury and with the right intention.
A very important aspect of practice is the right mindset and concentration, which can be achieved by breathing techniques.
Next, we move on to a gentle warm-up of the joints and spine.
The main part of the practice consists of standing postures, vinyasas, balances, etc. I prefer to combine dynamic and static elements, so that we simultaneously train strength and flexibility.
The final part consists of inversions of different levels with a gradual approach.
And of course, at the end - the magical Shavasana.
