Create a comfortable and quiet spot for your practice. You can do yoga everywhere as long as you have enough space around you without the risk of bumping.
Get your yoga mat unrolled (preferably not slip). Blocks and a yoga strap can be a great addition but not a must for your first yoga steps.
Practice yoga regularly. Practice and all is coming, as Pattabhi Joys said. 2-3 times a week would be great.
Enjoy your practice. Yoga is to enjoy not to suffer. If you don’t enjoy your yoga practice you will never keep it up.
