Aerial yoga

Aerial yoga is a wonderful practice that is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, shape, or previous physical activity. Don't worry if you've seen fancy acrobatic poses on social media - in my classes, we focus on traditional yoga poses combined with the gentle support of a hammock.

 

The hammock allows you to deepen your postures and provides a comfortable and safe space for exploring inversions, which can bring vitality, youthfulness, and inner calm. Aerial yoga truly is for every BODY, and I look forward to sharing this practice with you.

To me, practicing aerial yoga with a hammock is like dancing with a partner - once you learn to trust the hammock, you'll be surprised at how easy and enjoyable the practice can be. The hammock provides support, depth, balance, relaxation, and spinal traction (you will love it, believe me). I've been practicing aerial yoga since 2015 and this is my absolutly favourite yoga style, which I would love to share with you.
