My yoga way

Namaste!

Welcome to the world of yoga and inner peace. My name is Julia, and I am a passionate yoga coach with 7 years of teaching experience, building a bridge between the body and mind. I was born in Lithuania, grew up in Ukraine, and have lived in various countries such as China, Maldives, Switzerland, before settling in Leeds, England.

After starting my yoga journey at the age of 25 with zero flexibility and a scattered mind, I discovered how life-changing yoga can be. It transformed my priorities, attitude, and allowed me to control my emotions and mind.

Life is an unpredictable journey and I am grateful for the twists and turns that have led me to where I am today. My path from being a chemist to becoming a yoga teacher has been a fascinating journey, filled with a diverse range of experiences such as working in an office, teaching English in China, starting my own business, taking on new initiatives, and travelling the world.

In the past few years, I have had the opportunity to teach yoga in various locations, including the Maldives, Switzerland, Ukraine, and now in the UK. This has given me invaluable experience in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and physical abilities.

My main focus is to make people happy, confident, and relaxed through yoga. I love combining gentle flows with powerful asanas to develop flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. During my sessions, we will use our body to go deeper into the mind, and I know how to help beginners fall in love with yoga and gain its benefits.

My mission is to create a safe and harmonious environment to share the wisdom and benefits of yoga, meditation, and wellness. I want to provide holistic health to people all over the world.
